I know that i probably won't get a a lot of help here but it is worth a shot.

I am looking for a Pen and Paper D&D group to join?? (D&D, AD&D,3rd edition) it don't matter.

I've searched my area (Orlando, Fl.. Altamonte springs) and i've come up with nothing, I tried bookstores, comic shops (all they care about now is pokemon, and harry potter junk) Does anyone know of anything useful to me at all??? A site to find them, Idea's, suggestions?? Help! (i've also tried starting my own, but got no response.)

Any help will be worthwhile, thanks

Ever tried playing it online? In message board style (check link in my sig about the gaming project for 3rd edition games, or check the roleplay forum over here at IW for roleplaying that's less restricted by rules), or, a little faster, with chats or chat programs like icq, msn or aim?

Oh, and for looking for fellow players in your region, I know there's a good site for that, Eric Noah's boards, but I don't seem to be able to find the link to it anywhere... Maybe someone else can you help you with that?

I would try to contact some through a gaming store. If you can find a store that deals in games only you will have a much better chance of finding a group. I would invite you to this group but I live in Nebraska. You might also try contacting the RPGA online at http://www.wizards.com/rpga/main.asp?x=clubs

here is a list of clubs in Florida...
Florida Universe Construction Company
Clearwater Jay Fisher jlorien@concentric.net

Florida Overkill Inc.
Coral Springs Wayne R Rosser overkillinc@aol.com

Florida The Inner Circle
Miami Pedro Barrenechea rpga@themiamicircle.com

Florida Dragons & Wizards Network
Orlando Leonard S Dessert lady-n-thewizard@unforgettable.com

Florida Florida Role-Players Association
Orlando Matthew B.Capstraw, Esq laudwic@hotmail.com

Florida Tampa Area Gamers
Tampa David M Hardingham rpga@tampabay.rr.com

Florida TORP
Tampa Sean C Jennison torp-rpg@mindspring.com

Hopefully this all helps...

Richard, look at this site: http://66.34.55.203//ubb/ultimatebb.php

It also has a special "players looking for players" section, you might wanna check there...

Hey guys--While I've never played D&D with ye old pen and paper, I went and looked at the site Grojlach mentioned. There was someone from about 20 miles down the orad from here looking for gamers!!! I directed him/her to a group in the town 18 miles on the other side of us (we're near enough in the middle of these two towns, just off the main highway and in the country), so maybe they can help out. Strange how things work, isn't it?

Thanks All of you. That was a lot more than i thought, now i have actual people to send emails too, to find out where to go to play!!

It was a lot better than confusing web pages and dead links.
