Windoze ME problems - Page 2

yeah with WIN 2K, you have to get full admin access ands stuffs like that.. lots of stuff you won't have to deal with in WIN 9x, ME and XP.... i am thinking of XP, but the space it requires is insane... [img]smile.gif[/img]

Win2K runs much faster and is worth the change. The Kernell is much more stable then the 9x kernell is.

Bahamut, what do you mean about admin access? You have to have an Admin account, and since you are the only one using the pc, it will default to logging on with an admin account if you choose to set it up that way.

Sookmacook, I think 2K looks better then ME. Almost any game will run fine on 2K. If you can't get it to run, chances are you don't have things set up right.

XP is better, but it's not really that big a jump from 2K. It is a huge jump from ME though.

yep, that's what i am talking about... it can be a lil more complicated than Win 9x that was just my point... [img]smile.gif[/img]
