I wonder how far New Line Cinema can push their copyright protection. It wouldn´t surprise me if they soon sue J.R.R Tolkien´s children since they probably get royalties from the original books which also use the names from the movies.

Ah well, at least the man was polite in his email and also willing to help with additional information. Apparently movie companies are learning that "must" and "or else" are not the most diplomatic words in the Engrish language.
