the worst button would have to be the windows keys. to many times have I been playing a game and hit it accidently

On my mac, the 'Clear' button is right across from the 'Delete' button...DUH! I once deleted a whole report because of that

Actually if I had to choose one it would be the -_ key. Why isn't the minus on the same level as the plus??? _+_+_+_+

Ctrl + Alt + Del because you need them too often with W98.
Caps lock and Insert are the run overs.

Geez, this is my biggest post ever (I'm kinda a newbie, though)! I like you guys' suggestions though; yeah, the insert key has burnt me quite a few times, and that menu key is mixed up in there too.

Like most people around here, I have to go for the Caps Lock-button as well.
I don't think I've ever used the caps lock-button with its intended purpose, to be honest. If I'm typing something in caps, I simply use the Shift-button instead... I could live with a caps lock-less keyboard.
