Nope the gamma settings won´t change the illumination of the game that much. Try this from Xignal [img]smile.gif[/img]

To increase the game's base illumination: Add -Light=x (where x = 1 to 16) at the end of the "Target" in your desktop shortcut to W&W. If you don't have a shortcut create one (right-click and drag deep6.exe from Windows Explorer and drop on your desktop, select Create Shortcut Here). Then right-click on the shortcut, select Properties, and then add the text as shown below: Rick

darn, i'm facing SORT OF the same problem with the light but my game is unpatched [img]graemlins/madhell.gif[/img] !!!!!!

oh btw, there's something i just found out between all those storm spells. the 5 storm spells (i included Whirling Devrish even though it's not a STORM...), Firestorm, Meteorstorm, Icestorm, Whirling Devrish and Bloodbath, all have different ways to hit the enemies. Firestorm is the best as it does mega area damage to enemies. Meteorstorm only damages enemies dat it hits DIRECTLY (so every piece of rock which comes flying down from the sky only damages the enemy if it lands on 1 of them) but it does mega single damage. Icestorm is equal for both area and single damage to enemies, so it's considered neutral. Bloodbath, as u all know, uses half the caster's hp to damage enemies, so the damage done depends on ur HP, but the effects of Bloodbath appears almost INSTANTLY after casting it . Whirling Devrish does massive damage but it always moves around, so it can damage YOU too!
