Hello people!
I want to know how you have some text under your nicknames and some stars??
and cool pictures??
I'm new here, i want to know if i could do the same [img]smile.gif[/img]

Yes of course you can do the same [img]smile.gif[/img] There are some things to rememeber of course (isn´t there always?). The image must be smaller than 225*155 pixels and no more than 150Kb. If you have a picture uploaded somewhere on the net you can link to that (if your provider supports remote linking) using UBB code, like this [ IMG]here come the url[ /IMG] without the spaces. You put this tag in your profile. Click "My profile" in the top right corner of the page. Then click view/update profile. Scroll down that page and you´ll find a larger box (to the left of it, it says signature). Type the img tag here or any text you like. The text will show up as your signature in the bottom of your posts. BTW if you decide to use graphic sigs like me, please only use them once per thread [img]smile.gif[/img]

Willow has given you all the info you need to add a sig..(graphic and/or text signature)...to your post As she mentioned....If you use a 'Graphic sig', Please, only use it once per thread. (uncheck the 'show signature' box, below the add & preview buttons) The more sig's.... the slower the page loads.

If you're referring to the pic's & text, in the upper left corner..(the 'Rank' icon)...That's an automatic feature. It changes based on the number of posts you've made.

So.....if you'ld like to change yours....drop by more often....

BTW....I wish we could control them.....I really liked my last one.

Ziroc picks out these pictures and assigns them to the various number of posts. Some are pretty neat, some I could do without. Right now over in the moderators forum where most of the posters have tons of posts to their credit there is one particular image which is fairly large and I really don't like at all. Oh well! It's the post that counts, not the picture.

Gday ultima,
If you go over to the general discussion forum a couple of the crew there paint graphical sigs. They normally keep them bumped to one of the 1st pages.
To get one of those sigs just go to one of their posts & pick one that you like, then email that person. He/she will then email the sig to you with your name on it. Just copy it down precisely into your profile page.
If it's the smiley's that you like, just go to the top of the page & click on "graphics library" then follow the instructions. Have fun.

On a realted note. Wyv is it possible for Z to lock a picture no matter what the number of posts? I really like the purple stars of an Avatar si I´d like to have those permanently... I expect it would be too much work though.

I really don't know for certain. Since he is able to give moderators their blue stars there must be someway that he can control the image for an individual poster, but I seriously doubt that he is going to be willing to do it.
