I figured this was the right forum to post this guy's link. The maker of the CTRL+ALT+DEL comic did a two-part YouTube to show him drawing just one single frame. I thought it was very interesting to watch, mostly because of the detail and time he puts into it...and I wish I had his computer! I would have no idea how to use it, but I still want it.

Very nice stuff. Note that the "single frame" was the entirety of the comic strip for that day, so it was larger than, and got more attention than, his normal frames, I believe.

I saw that, too. Interesting watch, wouldn't have the patience or the skill needed for it though...

OH man.. He is using the Wacom tablet I want! It's crazy priced though.. $2500. It's a Wacom 12x18 video tablet. A god tablet.

He does exactly what I do in my comics and drawings, but I've gotten good enough to skip the 1st step (drawing on paper then scanning it in and tracing it) and usually draw it in Adobe. Sometimes I still draw on paper--for perspective reasons and stuff.. But yeah, NICE video.

I need to get back to my comics. I'll have some free time soon too.
