I've been on the internet for about a year and a half now, and it seems there's always a negative element in gaming communities...
Cheers to the BG2 Ironworks board for being a welcoming entity in a world of negativity! Hooo uau hahaha haha! ------------------ ~Raif Gwydionson Swashbuckler Extraordinaire oxxx[=============> |

Yes we do have a wonderful Board here haven't we? So HOORAY for Ziroc who's worked his b*tt off to get it this way and also for his ever-vigilant moderator Memnoch. Welcome to the board!
BTW where did you get that wonderful name ?????? My boyfriend's nick has been 'Gwydion' for years Great that you are using it as well. Does Raif have anything to do with Rauf Coilyear? I think probably not, but who knows? ------------------ Melusine, Archbabe of the OHF and the LH Your voice is ambrosia |

ahhh...
Gwydion is a character in Lloyd Alexander's Prydain Chronicles... an amazing series of children's (though it's great for us too ) fantasy books. I believe it is a name from Welsh Legend that the author borrowed. I ended up making a swashbuckler and Raif just seemed to fit the bill... Huoooo hahah hahaaa {cough} hooo haaa! ------------------ ~Raif Gwydionson Swashbuckler Extraordinaire oxxx[=============> |

Hi Raif, welcome to Ironworks, we think it is the best!
If you haven't done so already, check out the General Discussions board - lots of off-topic stuff going on over there. Also there is a polls forum and a book forum (which says fantasy books but it's OK to discuss any books you like to read) - a lot of older posts are missing from the polls & books forums at the moment due to ongoing work that Ziroc is doing - so don't be alarmed if you only find a few threads active in those boards right now, but it's still OK to post there, and normality will be resumed soon ------------------ Time is an illusion.
