Loose weight now? You mean "lose wieght now"? LoOse is loosen, or, to loosen something. It's tight, loosen it. You mean, lose, as in, lose posession of.

Unless, I don't know... it's some kind of ad for some service that allows you to buy liposuctioned fat, or something. Quite literally, loose weight.
