sheesh where is everyone? *checks watch* er... it must be 8 in the morning on the east coast of the US... okay, I guess that might be a reason.

Milk-shakes, baby!!
Throw a banana and some chocolate milk into a blender with some vanilla ice cream and/or milk...and add an egg if you want to. That makes for a powerful good jump start. You can also have strawberry, blueberry and other fruits of your choice, but I would not recommend the chocolote with them...just the banana.
Other than that, I cannot think of anything that would be as filling and carry as many nutrients...unless you bought like a carnation instant breakfast or those other breakfast shakes...

After Larry and Isabeau finish their shopping-spree, and picking up a few little things here and there, they begin the journey back to the temple. In the distance, Larry sees who appears to be Kaz, standing on a bridge, and decides to go ahead and give her the gift he bought, hoping it will make her feel better. Sending Isabeau ahead to greet her, Larry heads toward Kaz.

Kaz looks behind her at the sound of flapping wings, and sees Isabeau, Mistral's familiar. Seeing her, Kaz wonders where her own familiar is, and silently calls for Aerynkoryk. Aerynkoryk seems to be asleep in the Temple under Mistral's bed, uneasy and having nightmares - her regaining her memory had affected him too. Why did I try? Why did I not leave well alone? she thinks bitterly. Ah, well, that's the past and cannot be changed. I have been living in the past too much, it is time to think about the present. Kaz greets Isabeau politely.

Larry catches up to Kaz, bows like a gentleman, and asks, smiling as he does so...:

"Well met! And good morning!
How fare thee this wonderful day, mi'lady?

Larry extends his hand, palm upward in a gesture to imply that he would kiss the hand of a lady of the honorable class...
