Yes, you can upgrade the Celestial Fury +3.
Besides that, we have a nice katana called Hindos Doom +3, who can also be upgraded by our fellow memphit Cespenar.

Well neway I loved Celestial Fury and I was quite annoyed when it couldnt b upgraded by cespenar

Dont get too excited about ulanos +4 blade if your a katana user. Its technically a scrimitar...or requires that proficiency anyways.

Yeap, Usuno's Blade is Scimitar/Wakizashi/Ninja-To type. But it rocks still. There is no better katana except Hindo's Doom.

Hindo's doom is a better better sword than Usano's blade right?? purifier is also can be found in Watchers keep?
