Congressman Gary Condit. However, they still don't know how she died, but bear in mind Condit passed a lie detector test. So, if he were truly off the hook, he would've won re-election.

Everything depends upon the medical examiner's findings. If the results are neither "accidental" nor "natural causes" then I would say that Mr. Condit might find himself in quite a lot of trouble.
