Book of ?? needed for Tanner Quest (spoiler inside)

(Warning: post contains minor spoilers)

I've solved the case of the mysterious murders in the Bridge District, but the villain and his mage friend got away. The note I got from the villain's house suggests that I can take up the quest somewhere else (was it Umar Hills?) but it also mentions that I need a Book of Whatever (can't remember the exact title) as a means of identification.

Problem is, I've raided all the bookshelves in the game (esp the Adventurer's Mart) and dropped the books on the floor after reading them. Now all of them have disappeared. Where else can I find the book that I need?

The guy that you need to talk to in umar hills is selling books and you need to buy the correct one from him......quicksave before you buy the book.

Yes, the later part of the Tanner quest is in Umar Hills, you have to buy a book from a merchant (he looks like a normal human fighter, if I recall) and you are suppose to buy a book called History of Zhentarim (or something like that, can't recall). Only buying this book from him will the quest continue, don't bother looking for the book else where.

You have to pick a name from a list after you choose to buy History of the Zen. I think it was the fourth or fifth choice down. Save before talking to the merchant.

if you get the skin armor completed, can a monk where it, dya know (and if not, is it actually any good?

Also, is there any decent monk specific weapons in the game?
