i have reached a turning point..(spoilers for sure)

ok, i've finaly gotten to spell hold. i've freed imoen, (or bodhi did it for me)
now i need to figure out what to do with my party.
here's me now
Me: lawful evil human monk (lvl 14)
Darkon: neutral evil human wizard slayer (lvl 14)
My least favorite but he is a tank. red dragon armor, celestial fury, flametounge, and switches between shield of balduran, and shield of reflection when necessary.
Korgan: (lvl 14)
my other tank, he is also my ranged fighter, (dwarven thrower) shield of harmony, boots of speed, and cloak of displacement
Viconia: (lvl 15)
**romance** mace of disruption and handmaidens mace, mostly she is for turn undead, and cleric spells. also gauntlets of ogre strength
Kenice: Chaotic evil human bountyhunter (lvl 16)
special traps, boots of stealth, cloak of non detection, daystar+sword of balduran, ring of gax, plus very high theif stats
Edwin: cleric/conjuror (lvl 13/12)
robe of archmagi, staf of magi, ring of wizardry, ring of ram,
he's my other ranged attack (melfs minute meteor)

so who should i ditch. or should i even keep her?

This is assuming that you have done most side quests already so an ok thief like Imoen will do.

I think they are talking about the Mithril Tokens, if you collect them and put them in the token machine in the Asylum Dungeon, you can make boots.

Girdle of Frost Giant Strength - Kuo Toa Dungeon, in Underdark, you need to summon an animal (e.g. spider) below the gorgon statue to spawn a group of Demon Knights, one of them has it (part of Crom Faeyr)
Hilt and Blade of Equalizer - 1 is located in Beholder Area of Underdark, the other is in Mind Flayer Area in Underdark
Silver Blade - From Saemon, if you take his route (part of Vorpal Sword)
Gensen String - strings of Gensen bow, somewhere in the Asylum Dungeon
