I just entered the frog stronghold as their "ukabu", but I can't find anyone in charge! Apparently, I am suppossed to speak with a shamen of some sort, but I have been looking all over the place! Any advice would be great!

Climb down the ladder from where you talk to Ekbu, telling him that you are Ukabu. You will have to take an underground passage over to Shinwiki's hut. Watch out for toads being in the way!

Keep looking (I don't want to spoil it). Once you've searched all the caverns and corridors, and climbed all the ladders, you'll find him. Good luck, Ukabu!
