Ouch, sorry to hear about the spill you took Machinehead! Hope everything is healing up nicely by now, though!

Bungleau..ugh.. eyelid swelling and such is really annoying (have that issue with allergies sometimes). And I sympathize with having to work wearing glasses when you usually have contacts... works, but I prefer the contacts. Hope your eye problems can be cleared up soon.

LZ! ROTFL! Hawwgs is a great Santa Cat... *almost falling off the chair in the office* Too Funny! I'm so glad he's healed up finally! I know it's not the same as having all his legs working properly but he's alive and safe and ....snicker.. having a merry old time it seems... *teehee*

Love the screenshots.. I've got to get mine and look at them too!

At least they didn't find an instruction manual for walking or climbing ladders...

Feeling better now, Ed. Thanks Medication has things under control, and aside from the downside of no contacts for a week, everything is pretty much back to normal.

Evening, all. Eyes are doing much better tonight, thankyaverymuch. Medicine is a wonderful innovation...

18's too young, by far. I'm holding out for five times that... so far, so good. My thoughts go out.

Had something similar tonight. It was one year ago tomorrow that the wife of one of my Toastmaster friends passed away from cancer. At tonight's meeting, there was an unannounced presentation in honor of her memory.

Thank heavens the person who coordinated it made sure to have a box of kleenex to pass around... it was needed.

Reminds me again of the lesson I learned from Animal... hug 'em again. You never know when it will be the last.

On for some gaming this evening... on to the new MM7 mod!

Hello everyone, i see that the troubles have been falling from sky again.

My concerns and prayers went to each of you.

Anyway, how was everyone's Thanksgiving?

We don't celebrate it in England, so I was pretty oblivious.

Happy December, everyone!

First day of December, first snow day of the year for the kids! They've been hoping since a winter snow warning was called on Saturday... starting Sunday and running through Monday! Not a ton of snow, just 4-5 inches... but enough to shut down the schools.

Had a fun snowball fight with the kids last night... conveniently, Corbin had filled a plastic swimming pool with snow earlier in the day, and I just stood next to it grabbing out handfuls. Had one perfect shot... hit Corb in the head from a distance of 40 feet. Popped him right on top of his noggin... all skill, I tell ya, and not an ounce of luck

Happy December 1st!!!
I have a great milestone today! My Grandma turns 100!!! She is still pretty active and her mind is sharp. Its a hoot talking to her because she still talks about " those old people" who are around her at the retirement home LOL!
