I have seen several unregistered members post things here and I just wondered how they did that. Does anyone know?

They could be old posts and the person that posted them may no longer be around?

I've wondered the same thing. You're simply not allowed to post if you haven't registered/signed up. So I don't get how they do that either.

Perhaps they've posted and then later deleted their accounts?

Are there any of these posts still around? I'd like to have a nosy...and I think Neb's guess is the most probable.

They're old posts from before the upgrade that were bumped by people. Members who were here on the blue board but didn't sign up again after the upgrade (or did so under a different name) will show as unregistered.

You win! , yep, Most are bumped old Ultraboard messages, and some are posts by users that were deleted-either by someone requesting I delete their account, or they were banned.

Most are the old posts though.. I went reading through some old ones.. really cool to see those! Ah, the Memories..

Oooh oohhh!!! What do I win, what do I win? Hope it's a hug from Choc - that is one adorable looking cat, Dan! I was reading the dedication page of the Great Escape site, and I just fell in love with him - it's such a beautiful, sweet cat. *sigh* I guess fixate on other cats so much because I don't have one of my own at the moment...but I've decided that as soon as I can have one, I'll try and find a Siamese/Choc cat in the asylum.

But yeah, it's cool to read those old posts... sometimes I just go back and read a whole page of them for old time's sake
