Need some help with this story.
1. Stone is not an uncommon American name, neither is Mike, Jamison is not as common as the other two. Where are they from?
2. The article mentions his age on his first killing hunt, then mentions May 3 in Alabama. Then talks about the pig. When then, and where was this pig shot?
3. If this is Alabama, USA then why are all the measurements in metric? I will guarantee you, them 'good-ol-boys' down in Bama ain't measured nothing in metric lately!
4. Why is the article only posted on .AU websites? In MY Research, all of the websites that are carrying this story are either .AU, or refer back to this story which, you know it, .AU?

I'm smelling something here, and it don't smell like fresh eggs and ham with biscuits and gravy!

Dimensions are usually translated into logic before they appear on .au sites, Felix. You'll notice the only "quoted" dimensions are given in unlogic.

Seriously, pig doesn't need to be dead for a scientist to examine it. From what i know, scientists can learn all that and more from a live animal. Pig died solely in the name sport.
Well, sport and lots of tasty sausage.

That's a nice kill, I wonder how that pig can grow that huge and goes unnoticed until now?

Easy -- it was a family pet that was sold FOUR DAYS before the "hunt".

His name was Fred.

Quote:
FRUITHURST, Ala. - The huge hog that became known as "Monster Pig" after being hunted and killed by an 11-year-old boy had another name: Fred. The not-so-wild pig had been raised on an Alabama farm and was sold to the Lost Creek Plantation just four days before it was shot there in a 150-acre fenced area, the animal's former owner said.
