Bahamut Zero from FFVII, Bahamut from FFIX: just looking at the CG's makes you say respect.

Offcourse TiamaT the Lesser God is a sight to behold. FFVIII put him/her (I never actually checked it's gender ) down very nicely.

But personally I end up with my own concoction of a *good* dragon. My favorite avatar if you will, but not the sissy kind of dragon like the Dragonheart dragon. Thats pathetic.

Nope, I'd have to go with Bahamut from FFIX. His short head with huge portruding horns, his retractable (!) wings and his awesome DragonBreath. WooHoo!

I like Black Dragons... and Azure Dragons (HOMM3) and the platinum ones

And I read somewhere that Tiamat is female... though of course it could be a completely different tiamat.. but I doubt it

I believe so... he's the one from Dragonlance right? He's probably my favorite... crochety old coot hanging out with Fizban, another crochety old coot/god.
Actually i think the crotchety old dragon you mean is Pyrite, Fizban is actually Paladine, DL's version of Bahamut

hmm, I prefer silver dragons, gold are ok too, but they're a bit to pompus for my liking on the whole... lol, reds are good too, and blacks - but to kill. Greens and blues are fun to kill too... lol.

The moon-based dragons in Discworld

If not them, shadow.

Crystal dragons! Who else would assault a party with snowballs.

Amethyst dragons! Regal, detached and extremely wise.

Green dragons! The smarter of the chromatic lot.

Shadow dragons! For sheer freakiness.

Brass dragons! Annoying but fun!

Silver dragons! Becase they are cute and cuddly.
