2 a.m on average.
i'm usually reading and listening to music for the last couple of hours. i find that not thinking about sleeping is the easiest way to go to sleep. course, i have a friend that got mono this summer and it's lights out for him by 9 sometimes. 8-7 hours of sleep is the best all around amount i've heard. too bad i only get about 4 or 5 hours [img]tongue.gif[/img] *Feanor downs another cup of coffee* |

if I have Uni the next day, then usually 1am if not earlier (if I can't get to sleep, i watch the late show with that david letamen dude. that makes me fall asleep).
If I don't have Uni tomorrow, then I go to bed when i see daylight out my window and realize that It might be time to get some sleep. |

A Bed? Oh, I have one of those! Dunno what you use it for, though. I wore myself out trying to figure it out so I had to go and lie down on the floor to rest for a few hours.

3:30am/4:30am is my regular time, depending on when I finish work...
