Menstrual cramps - advice?

Perhaps you should try Yoga or Tai Chi?

Once I hit menopause it quit hurting. Or maybe it was the Dalcon Shield IUD, it finally fell out [img]smile.gif[/img] However I am finally pregnant after using my air compressor to clear out my fallopian tubes. I need a lamaz partner though, any volunteers?
