From what I read in Time, women in Sub-Saharan Africa routinely prostitute themselves in very demeaning ways in order to have enough money to live. One of them turned tricks with the truck drivers so that they would carry their goods to market. Their children have to deal with all of these things, so anything that helps these unfortunates seems apropos to me. But, I agree with Azred, not here, for crying out loud.
