What happens if you choose to be a god at the end of tob. when i completed it i chose to be a mortal

Nothing really, you just get a different ending sequence and movie. And if you are romancing an NPC it gives a different end description of how they live the rest of their life.

If you have a good char with good rep, you're a good god, and if you're an evil, a bad. But what with my char, of who I am sure he'll be a god, who is Chaotic Neutral? Will he be a 'balanced' god? [img]tongue.gif[/img]

There is no "neutral god" ending. Where you fall on the Good/Evil continuum, as well as the nature of your Tests, is determined by your conversation responses to the Solar.
