No there isn't away to do that. That would have been great! It was a tough battle, but as long as you're careful you'll make it by that part no time flat.

Place a Fireball just outside the Fog of War. You'll eliminate some of the competition at least before they move on you. Concentrate your attacks on the opposing King. If I recall correctly, once he's down, you've won.

Cast a Web (I used two), and then some monster summoning. Have archers/mages attack on distant. If someone comes through, concentrate everything on that fellow

Yes, it was extremely hard. No, you can't bring them to life. Hint: Cast many area of affect spells, and go forward bit by bit so you don't fight them all at once.

I consider that cheating (because thats the way i finished the end battle - damn im cheap) so instead i set a heap of skull traps (Ive got xan as a mage, but now have quayle as well) has any one noticed that quyale doesnt have his illuisonist bonus spells? or is that just my bad luck

I had no trouble with it. I trolled the pieces out one at a time. Then I hit the middle pieces with Stinking Cloud and Web (to keep them there) followed by more area-effect magic

A mage is a good thing to have here. I would sugest web and cloudkill (as long as your guys won't take damage).
Then you pound with fireballs. have some monsters summoned to deal with the guys that won't be stoped by the web. And don't let your party move! ------------------ All hail The Wizard! |
