The first patch was 1.18, and this is the second one , version 1.19. Here are the details...
*Creatures will now use their spell-like abilities again *Bards will no longer become illegal characters *Sort Community Names alphabetically in chat *Neverwinter Nights now works with DirectX debug DLLs *Added a Tech Support chat area

Well I downloaded the first patch, so far no problems. Hmmm, what does that first patch description mean? *Creatures will now use their spell-like abilities again*
Which creatures? Enemy creatures or familiar creatures or summoned creatures? |

ladyzekke it means creatures such as enemies yea, but also your familiars and animal companions will use their special powers now too

I had an issue with my hell hound familiar not using his breath weapon unless i possessed him and force him to use it, now he does it automatically.
