Monk: attack bonus

When my attack bonus turns to +7/+4/+1, what means all these numbers?? Because until lvl 5, the bonus was just one number like +3 or +4, I'd like to know what means the numbers after the / ?

What these numbers mean is this: you get 3 attacks per round (3 different numbers.) These numbers are the bonuses that are applied to your attack rolls for each hit. So the first attack will add +7 to the attack roll, the second will add +4, and the third and final attack will add +1. Then, at the beginning of the next round, the cycle will re-commence at +7.
