It looks nice, but I hope they've got some decent evacuation plans. I've always maintained that if you can't evacuate a building in 3 minutes, people inside are potentially in danger in the event of a fire or other emergency. You'd have thought that would have been a priority really.

American Football should be called "Tackleball"
But, due to tradition, Ill still always call American Football, "Football", and that other game, the one not as exciting, "soccer". (Please dont beat me up )
