We upgraded ME to XP awhile ago (dual boot), and I was wondering wheter or not it is possible to transfer our email acounts to our new OS.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

You should have chosen the option that allows to to keep previous files... then you would not have this... you have to go to outlook expres... click on Tools > Accounts... then click on the ADD > button... you will need the details of course to fill it in...

Go to file->export ( file-> import and export in outlook XP) and export your personal folders to a .pst file. Import said .pst into outlook on your new OS. That handles your stored emails, but AFAIK theres no way within outlook to copy the settings, but on a normal setup there are not to many to do by hand. ALso, there a file migration wizard withing XP that should handle this automaticaly. Somewhere in the control panel if memory serves.

Do the exporting of the .pst file to get your old emails and all that..

But to set up your accounts go to Tools > Accounts.

Then add a new account. POP3 propbably but this depends on what your current email is. Then fill out the contact info like your name and email.. also incoming and outgoing servers. (This is where your current email comes and goes through you will have to find out what it is). That should be it. Now you have your existing accounts old emails and sent items and everything you had in outlook before.. plus your accounts can now recieve and send as usual.
