Nope Sorry....I´ve just finished the triology myself and I´ve been looking ever since that damned black panther was mentioned!!!
Though some cool things can be obtained like Twinkle and Icingdeath the two powerfull scimitar from Drizzt and U can play as Drizzt...in BG1 I haven´t tried in BG2 yet. I can just see them before me Drizzt Do´Urden Drow elf dualling Twinkle+3 and Icingdeath+5 Wulfgar Barbarian(str: 22) with Aegis fang+6 (warhammer) Bruenor Battlehammer Dwarf with battle axe+3 Regis Halfling thief with some kind of charm ring or like that Cattie Brie...probally a ranger with the heartseeker+3 Elminster...Archmage/Thief (wouldn´t know where to begin with the stats but he´s powerfull and ther´s some sorcerer in him as well)

The jade hound and a golden lion. Dunno how you get them though as I have only seen them when I used the shadow keeper trainer.

Spoilers
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . >The Jade Hound and Golden Lion figurines are both a reward for a class-specific quest. The Golden Lion is from the Druid Stronghold quest, but I don't know which class gets the Jade Hound. Besides these two there are an Efreeti Bottle, this summons an Efreet and can be gotten by pickpocketing the Djinn that stands guard outside the Djinn tent near Trademeet; and there is the Horn of Valhalla, which summons a Berserker and can be found in a house in the Bridge District, Athkatla. Both of these aren't animals, I know, but summoning-items nonetheless. |

There's also a book (usable by: Mage, Bard) that summons 1 Golem per day as well.....or am I thinking of ToB?

And then there is the book of infinite spells which you will find in the island city just before you reach the asylum, which can let you cast wyvern's call once a day if you've flipped it over to the right page. No figurine, but while we're on the subject of summoning items...
