unable to speak with etc

i have a problem....after installing ToB everyone seems to be busy. i can't talk to anyone unless the initiate the convo. i just get that mesage that says you cannot initiate dialogue, "NPC" appears busy, were NPC is the name of the person I'm trying to talk to. has anyone else had this problem and is there anyway to fix it withOUT reinstalling?

I seem to remember something about the ToB patch fixing this.

You might want to download it if you haven't.

Yes, i had the same problem . You need to download the latest TOB patch .
You can download it from the Bioware site.
