Mods

I have just looked at the "sticky thread" on mods and I am now pretty confused. I understand the order in which to install them, but what are the better ones/ones you would recommend?

Also which ones can I trust (i.e which ones can I be sure of that wont duff up my game)

Also, do they affect already saved games?

All of the mods are safe, as long as you follow the correct order of installation...one technicality though, you cant install 2 total-conversions of the game, or it wont work

Conveniently, there aren't more than two mods which could be reasonably considered TCs. (DLTC and Epic Endeavors.) There ARE other mod combinations that don't work, but that's typically either due to game engine limitations, excessive sloppiness on the part of the mod developer, or both.

Drew, your best bet is to poke around in threads where mods are being discussed to see what people tend to like. Virtually every mod has its slavering fans and its rabid detractors.
