If you were a member of Bgdungeon when did you join Ironworks and what was your name there, I was just curious as I noticed that a lot of people joined in May and I wanted to see if any of them were refugees like me (my name there was Cypher_ btw)

I was a member at BGDungeon... Was known over there as both Grojlach and Marsplm.
Funny, we've just had a "for old times' sake" thread with BGDungeon memories at the Elysium, which was the board where the most BGDungeon regulars went to after the downfall. Read it over here, you might even recognize a few of the names.

I am also a dungeaon refugee, was one fun board, anyone see that arguement near the end between these 2 guys who fought about which race was the uglier, elf or gith. 5 pages of wehter or not we should geneticaly splice the human race with plants, bloddy hell.

I was the same Fable at BGDungeon. Headed to GameBanshee, like many BGDungeon refugees: a very nice board, quieter, with a lot less of the endless rangling between fake "teams." From GB, I heard about Ironworks, and that pair have been my prime boards, since.

Yep, between Pyth Dranook and Marek_M, I remember it like it happened yesterday. "Elves are stupid" is still a favourite catch phrase to tease Pyth with, and often used in debates at the Elysium (and earlier at the Rusty Sword) as an insider's joke to point out that an argument is completely silly... Those were the days, that debate was absolutely classic.

Really? I occasionally lurked and posted at GameBanshee, but didn't really recognize many names... Only you and Garcia rang a bell, to be honest, the rest of the familiar BGDungeon names either vanished or took their refuge to Talons Place and The Elysium... And there was The Pope, of course, but he used to post at the Elysium in those days as well. Last time I saw him he had 5000+ posts at the Black Isle forums.

ROFL, I think most of them got tired of the bigger boards after BGDungeon... Tarencil, (Neo)Warlock, Messala, gothmog (Filkarri now), Aivanther, outlander78, BraveSirRobin, Shadowstrider, Ravenwind, Dar, The Conjurer, Boone, LeBurns, Mageman, GuildRunner, Rodan, Calis, Milamber, Slayerking, PrinceLegolas, The Saint... All sticking to a few smaller ones, mostly. Nagash, pinkypinky, Dinnin Lightbringer, ArchMage Alexander, Whisper, Daragor, VigaHrolf, Wicked Witch from the West, Pyth Dranook, SwordMage, Fiona, The Mage, NamVaDeRouge, Santiago, Yseult, Monte Carlo, they're all still around every once and awhile, only not that often anymore (I think I've named most of the 1500+ posters now. )
I suppose some of those names sound familiar?
