now, does anyone know where is the best area to earn as much experience points as u can? for me it would be the place inside anephas shrine where u can spawn a golden scorpion from the room above, but this is for the unpatched version.
feel free to add anymore comments and suggestions!

The scorpion room works in the patched game, too. Just spent a little time there the other night.

The pawn shop and wizards' guild in Brimloch Roon are good sources of XP once you've completed the required quests. That is, as long as your earplugs +3 hold out...

But last night, the real XP came in the desert area by the lost sea. One sand crawler -- 68k XP. Four of 'em at a time -- priceless. The Dumdee Oleohs are also nice XP, as was the hydra. For some reason, though, the game keeps sticking dragonflies in as random monsters in that area. I mean, they might as well be mosquitoes

The scorpions are inefficient Here are some hints that I consider better:
1. Become evil and
a) Kill Erathsmedor - 1.8 millions XP (about 400 scorpions)
b) Kill Oakenmir - more than 10 millions(!) XP (more than 2000 scorpions)
c) Kill mystic sphinx - more than 1 million XP (more than 200 scorpions )
d) Join Cet and kill Anephas - about 840 000 XP (about 180 scorpions)
2. Gain Crusade trait. Dungeons filled with undeads become bonanza. Even the Shurugeon Castle is a good source now. The Scull Castle is much better.

Oh, so there are more efficient ways of gaining experience points than hunting piranhas and worgurs. You could have told me that sooner.

WAH! i didnt know those NPCs gif so much xp when they are killed, but of course, i shall play the holy crusader and fight evil ONLY (aww to evil-doers) !
the temple guardians are oso a good xp source, pity they are hard to come by in anephas shrine..... as for those sand crawlers told by bungleau, maybe i should go check up on them.
