Where are all the Red Dragons and Can I kill the Sphynx guarding the temple?

The red dragons spawn near Talrik (I got 3 in total) - I do not know if they can spawn somewhere else.
Yes, you can kill the Sphynx - around 170,000 exp (or less) depending on your diff setting. |
