Please help! i can*t run the game..

i installed it succesfully and i also can get on the main menu but when i pressed on "play Prelude" and then "Create new character", i got back on the main menu with the message "Could not load the module. Could not unpack the Module." please, tell me, whats wrong?

that is quite strange. i can't say i know what the problem is...

i know it's a big pain in the ass, but you might just want to re-install the game and give it another try. if there is some kind problem with a corrupted installation, that should fix it.

have you tried the patch? if it still doesn't work you can try re-installing it, i know, it's a pain, but I had to do it to get my game working properly
