anyone got some great recipees that use it?
i found one, bought a jar...didnt like the recipe and now i have most of a jar left dont want to waste it |

jam is a paste sort of. all mushed and fruity. Jelly is like a gel but not quite it typicly has no actually fruit in it.
Back on topic. No i dont know any recipies. that sounds gross to me. but hey, whatever floats your boat. . .

there are no jalapino bits inside its just the "jelly" paste gel whatever -p so anyone got a recipe? /beg and its from mexico! so umm blame them if its mislabeled |

Try using it as a chicken marinade. I used to marinade chicken in jalapeno peppers, a little lime juice, and a dash of salt. Be wary though. The longer the chicken marinades, the spicier it will become. If the jelly is already pleanty spicy, I'd only let it marinade for about an hour or so. Then grill it over a hot gas grill.

Hmmm I like the marinate thing, I may have to pick up a bottle of it. I sometimes use this stuff called Jamaican Hellfire sauce, you dont want to overdo it lol. Good to seeya around Father Bronze!
