They don't appear to answer the important question of where the money comes from to pay you. I also noted the $50/month minimum before they'll cut you a check (two months later); at 30 cents apiece (on average), how many people do you have to sponsor to get fifty bucks?
Smells a whole lot like a pyramid scheme. Stay away. Stay far away.

I agree with all of the above, it looks very shady and is most likely a pyramid scheme, so I'd say stay clear of it Hark!
