On the loading screen where it gives you tips it says you have to be level 14 to challenge for the lead of a Druid Grove. What is a druid grove?

A Druid Grove is a place that is controlled and inhabited only by Druids. You can challenge for the right of being it's leader only if you have a Druid in your team and if they are level 14.

Minor correction, only the main character( you) can challenge for the Druid Grove, assuming he is a Druid and level 14.
