I heard that there is one day a year in Boston where by some by-law it is legal for anyone and everyone to get high? Is this madness true? sorry I know this is off topic but I'm curious

Going to be in LA then mate, I'm in Cali for the summer for my internship. I'm flying out next week.
I'm pretty sure I never heard of that bylaw, Madman. Must've heard it when you were off with the fairies mate.
