I just finished Crypt and now heading to the Serpent Temple.
I choosed Wizards path in Crypt and I wonder, can I have advantage from Warriors path too? When you finish that flamepuzzle and heal your self in vitalizing pool, it's time to open that one chest near pool and go forward and jump into pit... There you fight against that undeadwarrior and there's couple of coffins to search. Then you drop again, now near that wooden bridge and supposed to swim into tombs. But there's another hole in the roof and lot's of barrels etc. moveable objects. I tried to make ladders to get on that another hole, but I didn't success. Question: What lies up there? is that Warrior's path? Could I make ladders by barrels and crates and go to plundure treasures up there? If someone has been in both places by climbing throught holes, please post some info here!

Yes, I believe that that is the other path.
If you look in "best tips" there is a tip to say how to get both paths. I don't know how to link you to it, Somebody will have to show me one day. Try this http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/cg...005767#000003. [ 01-14-2003, 08:46 AM: Message edited by: kev ]

I have gone back up into the holes. There's nothing there but blackness. I suspect it is there just for game continuity, and you weren't expected to go there.
To complete both paths, you have to start them both from the beginning. Since only one crystal works, to get the other jindol you can either jump high or build a ladder from crates. Missy built a ladder.

I have tried both the jump-run method and building the stairs.
1. The jump-run method. It is possible but it is difficult even with high Athletics. It is much more difficult than, for example, climbing the walls in the Boogre Prison or climbing the chain in the Skull Castle. But it IS possible. 2. The stairs. Four crates are nearby. You can bring two suitable crates from the room with a chest on your way from the statue to the crypt lord and its melody boys. These 6 crates will form a confortable stairs to the jindol. Keep in mind that you can jump with a crate in hands. The crate will jump with you. This allows you to deliver the crate on the high levels of the stairs.

Climbing the chain in Skull Castle? Pray tell, of which chain are you speaking? I don't think I've done that, and I may want to...
And I agree -- it's much easier to build ladders than to jump up. Hey -- has anyone ever built (or tried to build) a ladder to the ledge above Torin that leads to Brimloch Roon? I wonder if with the chests in the area and the boxes in Erzebette's house, it might be doable.

I meant the drawbridge puzzle. If you don't want to lose your nerves completely there then you can do the following:
1. Ignore the levers. Jump in the water. Swim to the north drawbridge. 2. Climb on the north drawbridge there. All three parts of the north drawbridge are down now so that it is possible. 3. Climb the chain at the exit to the north part of the dungeon. It is possible. Enter the north part of the dungeon. 4. Click all three levers in the north part. ALL parts of the drawbridges will go up. No more jumping over missing parts of the drawbridges. No more frustration when some parts of the drawbridges are going up but other ones are going down.

That's good idea, jump with crates! Thank's Radek!
I'm not sure how atletics skill works... Do you must have high atletic skill on every character to gettig climbing easier? Or only leading character? I havn't try to climb anywhere... Well at Boogre prison, when I had troubles to solve that wormstick puzzle, I climbed trought the wall... And Radek, I pass that Skull Castles chain puzzle just by my self! ( Well I would use walktrought, but my modem was down and didn't get to internet to get walktrought! ) I've tried that ' tree surfing ', but didn't manage to do that... Mayby my characters was so lazy to climb... ( low atletic skill )
