I am looking for original recipes not gourmet (that make good and edible foods) for "PunkinHaid's Kitchen". Any contributions will be linked in a special "From The Kitchen's Of Friends" menu rather than taking credit for them myself and can be posted through a link to your site or directly on mine (your choice but I have to know where to link to when you contribute them).
Recipes contributed should have a name ( i.e. So & SO's whatever is fine) but if you use a simple name like "Deviled Egg Sandwich" and you want your name on the recipe's page with reference to who to credit for the recipe, please tell me what name to use, and if you want to keep the copyright, you need to give me that info (year, your name). In the meantime, check out the site and drool over what has been posted so far lol. Any opinions, good or bad are welcome to be posted here. More recipes to come from me. Wow quiet board tonight LOL. Well I don't have much to offer Moni, but I do have these pork chops that I created that everyone seems to like.
Hard to do the measurements, hmmm. Well OK, if you take four inch-thick boneless porkchops and put them in a casserole dish. Toss in a cup 1/2 of Soy Sauce, cup 1/2 of Terriyaki Sauce (preferably Lowry's), and 1/2 cup Worsheshire (sp? ), add three tablespoons of water, stir up. Poke chops good with fork hehe. Bake at 350 for 2-3 hours, depending on your taste. Keep checking it to make sure that the sauce doesn't evaporate, the water should prevent that, but nothing's stopping you from sprinkling in a bit more SOY if you just feel that need LOL. If done right, chops fall apart in flakes and are very tasty |

Wow, those sound tasty Ladyzekke! Thanks!
I'll have to make those for the guys one of these days. They don't get much of a variety in pork dishes with me being the head cook lol. |

LOL, err, no I just experimented. Never "named" it LOL!
Also, I usually am "forced" to serve it with french cut green beans: Buy bag o' French cut green beans Buy jar of chicken bullion cubes buy bag o' mozzarella cheese Cook greenbeans in saucepan in water (two tblspoons? look at frozen bag instructions lol) and add two cubes of chicken bullion into the water When beans are cooked, drain any excessive water, knock the temp down to simmer, and then add mozzarella cheese, stir in. Use as much as you feel "cheesy" lol. When cheese is melted that's it, all done. Sheesh I'm hungry now ! |

I had to go eat something LOL. Here is a link to the new pages...the shelf icon is the link from the main menu in the link I put in the first post. From The Kitchens Of Friends |
