Top of my list would be shopping since it is the one I get to do the most often.
Others include:

Driving
Seeing good movies
Eating good food
Sharing good company
Writing~true short stories that will be compiled into one bone-chilling book eventually.
Drawing/sketching/painting (although I have to be sleep deprived to be good at it)
Leather, Suede & Beaded Crafts
Home Improvement of any type
Gardening
Spending time with my pets
Watching (and appreciating) sunsets, sunrises, (moonsets & moonrises during harvest months are cool too)
Sleeping
Listening to good music while I drive or work on projects out in the garage

The not so often done but much loved things I like to do are:
Hiking~ANYWHERE desolate...forests, deserts, mountains, valleys, you name it...if no one is there, I want to be!
Mountain climbing~nothing too steep as I don't use safety equipment
"Hitting the Beach"
Bicycling
Mountain Biking
Motorcycle Riding
Crocheting big pictures or table covers with thin string~something I have not done in years but am thinking of picking up again here soon.

I like to play the guitar (classical mostly)
I write, stories most of the time...
I also play Basketball on saturday and monday.
Other than that, I sometimes get the urge to draw something, although unfortunately I seem to suck at it most of the time (and that is an accurate observation).

Oh yeah, and I love to read a good book, preferably some kind of fantasy novel.

Nice Thread Grand Ranger!

Mine are easy...

Driving anywhere - more than 5 hours to get wherever suits me fine!
Hiking in the mountains, any mountains ...
Reading everything I can get my paws on
Watching the sky (night or day) - can do that for a long time, more fun with a friend!
Talking philosophy with a good friend
Writing (not that I am good, I just do it)

------------------

Defender for the Light -
Goodness knows there is a lot of Dark out there!! - Where are my matches?!?
Wandering Soul - Finding my life's calling is Bodhisattva
You are what your deep driving desire is; As your deep driving desire is, so is your will; As your will is so is your deed; As your deed is so is your destiny.

Reading
Writing stories, but I never finish anything. I just write enough to keep the stories from taking up all the space in my brain.
Photography, mainly to keep my husband company. He's much better at it.
Watching hockey.
Playing with beads, mostly making jewelry (I probably have the world's largest earring collection). Lately I've been making beaded Christmas ornaments.
And playing CRPGs, of course.
