Turkey is ALLVAIS to dry when i eat it any suggestion how to make it not so dry Stormy?

coat it in butter then cover it when cooking it with foil or a brown paper bag.
note, if using the brown paper bag, coat it in grease or butter before putting the turkey it, it helps hold moisture in it... [ 11-25-2004, 12:31 AM: Message edited by: Stormymystic ]
