Hmmm...I don't know that there are metal ores that are, themselves, inherently evil. However, I would suggest checking the item descriptions for Blackrazor and Soul Reaver to see what they are made out of (if the description even tells you).
You know...you could probably make an item out of enchanted obsidian. That might work out well because it would have to be used sparingly by players. Obsidian is incredibly sharp, but brittle. One wrong hit and it'll shatter. So...you could make a very powerful obsidian weapon and say that upon every successful hit with it (if it is a weapon) the item has to make a save vs. ??? or shatter. Just a thought... ------------------ Now where did I leave that doughnut?! |

Greensteel is native to baator and will allow you to hit things immune to non magical weapons. Illithium gives resistance to psionics and theres another type of metal that leaks oil that hurts elfs.

I know the one you mean although i cannot remember the name. Additionally, lead blocks scrying magic and silver can hit ethereal creatures. Silver hurts devils (baatezu) and iron hurts demons (tanar'ri) - i forget which hurts daemons (yugoloths)
