second sea?

I cannot seem to get to the western part of the sea. talik gave me the map and says to go west of his ship, but there is no break in the shoreline at all. i even looked on the map on this website and there sure enough should be a break in the shoreline there, but there isn't..so i can't get to the temple..
any ideas?
also, i was never able to find the body of the stout so i could get the writ,,,and i would still like to try assasin characer...any tips for that would be great as well..

To get to the LOST SEA are (where Talrik's treasure lies) you need to go through Anephas' pyramid/tomb!

The writ to the stout mines can be found on the burnt body which is between the stout mines and the graveyard that Jathil was seeking (all on the far west side of the Shire).

If you get the quest from the Rattling wosname by the burnt house near Ishad N'ha to kill Raskalion and return to him and ask for another job - you will be able to complete the assassin's quest.

You must have done the Stout mines to be in the Enchanted Sea area, though - what did you use, boogres brew, to get into the mines?

No, I did not do the stout mines. I used pro fire enchantments on items to get that to %100, then I used the Vanish spell to get to the top of the tunnel, that way i never had to get the stout king to make dragon armor since i can't fine the stout corpse..
