Dragonspire

Well, I've been watching the boards for a while now and this is the first time I've been really stuck. I'm in Dragonspire, I have one dragonshard from the spider nest, and I've explored the whole place. Both treasure chests in the water, Hephastius, his cabin. I've read that I have to get a ring to move the boulders, and I've been up and down the river. Where do I find this river god? Please help.

Do you remember the water area where you fought the Colanth (ie after Ringo/Haephestus and the lift). The above water exit of the chamber leads to the lava area and eventually the spider nest. The below water exit leads to the dud what gives you the ring.

On the other hand, if you've got decent Athletics (Lvl 4-5) you can hurl yourself off Bridge #1, through the waterfall, and land on the backside of the boulders with the chest. Works quite well.
