There's a tavern underwater. In there, on a table, is a note with a picture. That picture is actually the silhouette of a fairly popular dark elf. By speaking with this Dunmer, he will address you to a barrel that rests at the highest peak of the fifth highest mountain. In that barrel, you'll find a pair of fake vampire fangs. Then, my friend, you're on your way in finding those vampires!

i dont understand.
BTW, i downloaded a mod that gave me a sword. while i have that sword equiped, i have vampirism. i just want a straight answer.
