No, but some classes are easier to do it in than others ... like a jester is hard, but a mage/Thief wouldn't be so bad ... spells, ok combat, lock and traps, no healing though ...

Soloing a mage atm... level like 23 and doing the sahuagain thing atm so about half way done. Was kind of hard at the beginning but really easy now.

Currently, I am trying to solo a Sorcerer and am very early on in the game. So I am not able to tell you how hard it is but I can tell you that I am having more fun than I did with a full party.

Solo-ing a Cleric would have to be pretty hard. You'd have a lousy THAC0, be unable to cast spells because they take too long, and you cant wield a majority of weapons till you get the Flail of Ages. Hm.
Solo-ing a Pure Bard would be hard too, without the bonuses that the Kits have. ------------------ Why? |
