grr..it's been 1 week already I've been unable to sleep. Now it's 6am already and I've been up all night. I don't think I can go to work in this condition.

uhh...I would do anything to have a good night sleep.

have you considered taking some pills to help you sleep? That may help you? Also do u excercise a lot? If you dont you might want to give that a try, excercise will make you tired and it will be easier to sleep.

Yeah nothing like a hard day's work or a lot of excercise to help you sleep.

I suggest the exercise Kakero, you really dont want to try those sleeping pills I have a friend at work who is struggleing because of them.

Lying down in bed with a book also helps or with soft music playing quietly in the background.

Can one exercise when he is already zombielike? hmm..gotta try that.

I tried sleeping pills method, they work alright but when I woke up many hours later my head hurts like there is a lump of rock inside my head.

Kakero, I have just the thing. Try a basic yoga pose, popularly known as The Insomniac's Pose.
It consists of you finding a nice spot on the floor and lying with your legs up the wall. You don't have to be terribly flexible or right up against the wall, but the idea is to have your back on the floor and your legs on the wall so you'd be shaped like a letter 'L'. Get as far into this as is comfortable... I don't want you to overdo it or hurt yourself, so just sort of ease into this... And stay there for about five minutes. You should feel a comfortable stretch, no more. Then climb into bed. Do this every night. You'll also find that the more you do this, the easier it is to do, and the farther into it you can get. The farther into it you can get, the more it works.

*looks at her empty mail box* Nothing in killing time was responding to my mail? SHAME!

I think I need help. I've had Starbucks everyday for like the last week. Can't help myself...it's like an addiction or something. If I was a smoker I suppose Starbucks would be my cigarette; they could put a tax on it and I would still buy and buy and buy and wonder why I'm broke . I went there today after picking up my amplifier from circuit city, intending to buy just a pastry, seeing as how I was low on money, but I changed my mind and got coffee too. Now my wallet is empty
