Either that, or these facts aren't connected in any significant way, or her sister was already dating this guy and she wanted to be sure to be the one he picked, or...

My guess was the same as Leggy's, she did it in a rage after finding her sister either was already going out with him, or tried to get it on with him.

In my opinion there is innsufficient information from which to draw a concluson. You have no information connecting any of the events together.

I think she wanted her Sister dead so the guy would feel sorry for her (oh boo hoo my sister's gone, whatever can I do) and she could get into his arms with pity/sympathy

Okay for those of you who think there might not be enough information, here's how you might want to look at it. Please keep in mind that this is just my personal opinion on what I think might have happened and could be totally wrong. I'm bored at the moment though so here goes:

Firstly, you have to take in consideration that this is a test for a psychopath so you have to think in between certain guidelines otherwise you are just going with what is normal. Don't get me wrong, even psychopaths do things that seem normal, but if we were to come up with every possibility as to why she killed her sister then this would not be a question asked to psychopaths or normal people for that matter as for this to be answered, someone would have to think in between a certain wavelength and only come up with one right answer rather than 20 would be ones.

Now, The girl went to her mothers funeral. There, she met someone she fell in love with. We are not informed whether the girl actually got together with the guy so here is where we must start making assumptions.

1. The girl did not see the man again after her mothers funeral and thus had to find means to do so.

2. The girl did see the man after the funeral and maybe was insecure about how things might end up had he met her sister.

With these two points alone we now have to wonder whether the girl was normal or a psychopath herself.

Lets say she was normal. I would say that 99% of people who loved someone and found that their sibling was also in love, or actually loving that person, would have a huge fight but killing each other is a bit extreme. Sure, it does happen but if we are to say that 5.2% would actually kill their sibling, we are still not 100% sure if this is the correct answer and it leaves the question open with a lot more supposed answers.

Now lets say she is a psychopath. This is also not necessarily the case but usually when a psychopath sets something in their mind, they cannot let it go no matter what the odds are. They are obsessed with reaching their goal and family does not matter. If it did they wouldn't be psychopaths.
Also a normal person would speak to the man and try to make themselves noticable to him. A psychopath on the other hand must find other means to see the man if they cannot face the courage to do this. So, as the psychopath met the man at a funeral of a close relative (being the mother), chances are that maybe if there was another funeral of a close relative (being the sister), they would be able to see him once more.

So, although I could be totally wrong about this and all the above is of my own personal opinion only, I would have to say that the girl was a psychopath. She met a man at a funeral, fell in love with him and had to kill someone that man knew if she were to have a chance of seeing him again.

You people don't watch enough soap operas. She discovers that the guy is a long lost sister that has had a sex change and kills her out of disgust.

That, my friends, is quite disturbing.. what whats even more disturbing is this..
How would psychologists know the correct answers unless they themselves were psychopathic?

Everybody has a beast within him/herself, but how much control we have over it is a different matter. Anybody can think of an irrational logic to justify an action, but whether he/she decides to follow that logic seperates the nice nuts from the psycho nuts.
